Yesterday we finished our first video, an in-house production giving jobseekers and employers a first-hand look into what it's like to attend one of our Hispanic and bilingual job fairs.
This video represents a lot of hard work on the part of many individuals and great teamwork - a big thanks and congratulations to all of those involved including the kind and generous exhibitors featured in the video!! You can see it in high-resolution here or watch the YouTube version below.
How could we improve it? Would love to know your thoughts...

Mr. Shannon, Based on your experience do you have information about government jurisdictions contracting with websites to outreach and recruit and increase their multicultural workforce? Do you have information on government entities moving away from print/professional journal job posting media and moving to internet job posting sites dedicated to multiethnic target audiences to achieve improved cost/benefit results? I am researching these questions for my OHR office. Many thanks....joe hg
**es** Joe, I can only offer you our anecdotal evidence... the types of government organizations that you have described have been good customers of ours at LatPro.com for years now. thanks for writing! -- Eric
